Wamba Catholic Mission Hospital is located in Samburu East Sub County in the Diocese of Maralal in Kenya. The mission hospital is classified as Tier 3 and has been in operation since 1969. It has a capacity of about 200 beds and mainly serves patients from Maralal, Marsabit, Meru, Wajir, Nanyuki and Nyahururu. Over the years, friends from Italy have supportedthe hospital. Also, medical experts in various fields visit the hospital to offer specialized services. The Mission hospital offers high quality health care services in response to changing demands for efficient, effective and affordable treatment. Within the hospital premises, there is a nursing training school which currently trains Kenya registered community health nurses.
